I agree. Some professors are not capable of understanding the work we do. While they are good on educating us about ethics and putting together a story, they fall short when it comes to online news. Some have a hard enough time signing into their email.I would like to put together a crew to inherit my hard work but unfortunately, on the community college level, there is not as much passion and motivation. Maybe someone will come along though.

In theory, that works. But I'm finding that some professors don't want to be taught by their students; it feels demeaning to their years of work in the industry. Collaboration is the key!
