Via Will Sullivan. Am I the only one who is surprised these steps are being decided upon in 2008? That doesn't seem like leadership, but reacting to the obvious.

"Between April 29 and May 1, 2008 fifteen undergraduate journalism and mass communication students were brought in for the eyetracking session." – okay, this is the huge flaw in this study. As a media exec, I wouldn't care what undergrad journalism students thought. I want to know what *non-journalism" students thought.
