Wilco, voting, free music

Image by daniel arnold! via Flickr Via boingboing, we find out that Wilco is releasing a free recording of a Bob Dylan cover, “I Shall Be Released,” recorded with Fleet Foxes. There’s a catch, however: You have to promise to vote in the general election Nov. 4.
