In the middle of last week, my laptop decided to begin acting up. The required step to fix it is a reformat and reinstall using the install CD that came with the computer. Unfortunately, that disk is packed in a box right now in storage until next Monday. Meanwhile, I’m traveling to Washington DC today for the AEJMC Convention, where I’ll be participating in a panel discussion and presenting results from our college media new media survey earlier this year. #

All of which is to explain the light posting around here recently, and that it might not get heavier until next week. #
