With the exception of the laptop, everything fits in a bag that is smaller than the one I used to carry around with two SLR camera bodies, six lenses, flash, etc. Even with all those cables, chargers, extra batteries, etc.
I’m with Mark on all the tools except using the iPod for audio recording. I think there are digital recorders that will provide equivalent quality to the iPod that are built to record audio, for much less than the $299 price for a new ‘Pod.
