I know, it’s a bit self-serving, but today’s “DM online”:http://www.thedmonline.com/ did a really nice job. This week, the University of Mississippi will unveil a memorial for the civil rights struggle of James Meredith, the first African-American admitted to college here.
In 1962, The Daily Mississipppian had a terrific editor who possessed a voice of reason and was nominated for a Pulitzer for it.
