A quick update. I apologize for not blogging about yesterday’s excellent discussion at the First Amendment Institute about “New Media and its Implications for the First Amendment.” I got home last night, fired up the laptop and experienced a major hard drive problem that I’m still repairing.
In other site news, I promised an interview with Leonard Witt this week when the online journal “First Monday”:http://www.firstmonday.org came out. An e-mail from the editor of First Monday confirmed that this month’s edition has been slightly delayed. As soon as the issue is online, I’ll publish the Witt interview.
